Minehead is a beautiful part of England which has lots more to offer outside of the Butlins resort. It is the perfect place from which to explore and allows easy access to this stunning part of the country and the surrounding areas.

The town centre has something for everyone, with an excellent choice of shops and a large market selling fantastic local produce in high season.

If you like eating out, then you will not be disappointed in Minehead. From A La Carte and Haute Cuisine to Gastro Pubs and home cooked food, there really is something for everyone's palate.

For guests that know their way around a kitchen and want to take full advantage of the luxury facilities on offer in the holiday home, food can be bought from supermarkets both on the site and in the town.

There is a wide variety of public houses that cater for every taste, within easy walking distance. From quaint old fashioned pubs serving traditional draught ales, to sports bars with large screens and child-friendly pubs that have play areas and outdoor beer gardens.

If your children want to play outdoors, look no further than the wonderful sandy beach, right on the doorstep with mile after mile of golden sand.
